Baseball Recap: Medomak Valley Victorious

Medomak Valley won the last time they faced Morse and things went their way on Monday too. The Panthers walked away with a 7-3 win over the Shipbuilders.

Porter Gahagan spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on six hits and racked up eight Ks.

On the hitting side, Jaydiin Ruiz was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two doubles. The team also got some help courtesy of Josh Blake Jr, who went 1-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Medomak Valley now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Morse, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
