Boone has gone 9-1 against Perry recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Boone Toreadors will be home for the holidays to greet the Perry Bluejays at 6:00 p.m. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Boone and five for Perry.

Last Tuesday, Boone had to suffer through a 53-22 loss at the hands of Carroll. The game marked the Toreadors' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Perry faced off against Saydel on Tuesday. Perry fell 52-42 to Saydel.

Boone now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Perry, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Everything came up roses for Boone against Perry when the teams last played back in November of 2023, as the team secured a 53-21 victory. Does Boone have another victory up their sleeve, or will Perry turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
