Softball Recap: Geraldine Takes a Loss

Geraldine lost against Scottsboro back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs lost 12-4 to the Wildcats. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Geraldine's defeat dropped their record down to 15-10. As for Scottsboro, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-13 record this season.

Geraldine didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 5-4 loss against North Sand Mountain on the 19th. As for Scottsboro, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 12-2 victory against Mountain Brook on the 19th.
