Soccer Game Preview: Palatine vs. Warren Township

The Palatine Pirates will face off against the Warren Township Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Palatine is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games.

On Tuesday, Palatine was able to grind out a solid win over Prospect, taking the game 3-1. Palatine better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Sergio Lopez, as he scored every single goal for his team.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Warren Township's offense. They lost 3-0 to Glenbrook South on Thursday.

Palatine now has a winning record of 9-8-1. As for Warren Township, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-7.

Palatine came out on top in a nail-biter against Warren Township in their previous meeting back in October of 2023, sneaking past 2-1. Do the Pirates have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Blue Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
