Baseball Game Preview: St. Anthony Saints vs. St. Monica Mariners

The St. Anthony Saints are taking a road trip to take on the St. Monica Mariners at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. St. Anthony is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.1 runs per game this season.

St. Anthony lost a heartbreaker the last time they played St. Monica, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's matchup. St. Anthony blew past St. Monica 14-7 on Tuesday.

Jaylen Butler made a big impact no matter where he played. He tossed five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 2-for-5.
