Camryn Runner leads Hamilton Heights to victory over Tipton

The Hamilton Heights Huskies can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Saturday. They blew past Tipton, posting a 103-6 win at home. Hamilton Heights' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

It was another big night for Camryn Runner, who shot 7-for-19 from long range and dropped a triple-double on 64 points, ten rebounds, and ten steals. That makes it 15 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Hamilton Heights' points. Another player making a difference was Ella Hickok, who scored 16 points along with seven assists and six steals.

The win (which was Hamilton Heights' eighth in a row) raised their record to 18-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.5 points per game. As for Tipton, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-19.

Hamilton Heights will be playing in front of their home fans against Rensselaer Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Tipton, they will head out on the road to take on Kokomo at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kokomo presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Tipton in Indiana (Kokomo is ranked 165th, while Tipton is ranked 404th).
