Football Recap: Lower Dauphin Find Success

Hershey came into Friday's game looking for another win against Lower Dauphin, but Hunter Strohm wouldn't allow it. It took a bit of extra time, but the Falcons secured a 27-24 win against the Trojans in overtime on Friday thanks in part to Strohm: he rushed for 180 yards and three scores while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. Strohm really tore up the turf during one magnificent 71-yard run.

Cameron Sweeney and Samir Edwards-Pace certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Sweeney rushed for 53 yards and one touchdown, while Edwards-Pace rushed for 49 yards and one TD.

Lower Dauphin now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Hershey, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 3-2.

Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as the Falcons come in on three and the Greyhounds on four. Meanwhile, Hershey is set to face off against their familiar foe Gettysburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
