Basketball Recap: Port Jervis' Loss Ends 11-Game Winning Streak at Home

Port Jervis entered their game against Wallenpaupack Area on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Port Jervis Raiders came up short against the Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns, falling 63-37.

Port Jervis' defeat ended an 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-6. As for Wallenpaupack Area, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-4 record.

Port Jervis will challenge Liberty at 6:00 p.m. on January 30th. As for Wallenpaupack Area, they will host Abington Heights at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
