Baseball Recap: Meadowbrook Triumphs

Meadowbrook won the last time they faced John Glenn and things went their way on Thursday too. The Colts walked away with an 8-4 victory over the Little Muskies. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Colts.

Kade Winnett was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. Meadowbrook is 5-1 when Winnett posts two or more runs, but 3-9 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Khune, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run.

Meadowbrook's record is now 8-10. As for John Glenn, they dropped their record down to 5-16 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Meadowbrook has already played their next contest (against Cambridge), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for John Glenn, they will welcome Tri-Valley at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
