Softball Recap: Quantico Takes a Loss

Quantico lost against The Carmel School back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Warriors fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 7-6. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Peyton Greene made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double. Gabby Ocampo was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.

Quantico's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for The Carmel School, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Quantico will challenge Foxcroft at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Carmel School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
