Basketball Recap: West Henderson Falcons vs. Enka Jets
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Henderson). They walked away with a 68-58 win over the Enka Jets on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 65-52 back in November.

West Henderson got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Tyler Nash out in front who went 5 of 8 on his way to 15 points and eight rebounds. What's more, Nash also racked up three assists, the most he's had since back in January. Jace Chamberlain was another key player, going 7 for 14 on his way to 17 points.
With the win, West Henderson broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3. As for Enka, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Henderson will venture away from home to challenge North Henderson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. North Henderson knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully West Henderson likes a good challenge. As for Enka, they will head out to take on Pine Lake Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Pine Lake Prep is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 65 points per game this season.
