Basketball Recap: East Duplin Has No Trouble Against Hobbton

It was a proper cat-fight when East Duplin duked it out withHobbton on Friday. The East Duplin Panthers enjoyed a cozy 52-36 victory over the Hobbton Wildcats. That looming 52-36 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Panthers yet this season.

East Duplin's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Calvin Harper led the charge by going 7 of 14 en route to 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Whaley, who posted ten points and six rebounds.

East Duplin was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
