Basketball Recap: Wilson's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

Wilson was the 52-39 winner over Seagoville when they last played one another back in February of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Wilson Wildcats took a 71-67 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Seagoville Dragons.

Leading Seagoville to victory were Adam West and Travion Hall. West went 7 for 17 en route to 22 points and five rebounds, while Hall went 8 of 10 on his way to 25 points. Hall's evening made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Willie Frazier, who posted four points in addition to nine boards and five steals.

Wilson's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-12. As for Seagoville, they pushed their record up to 14-11 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Wilson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 92-50 win against Adams on the 14th. Seagoville has also already played their next contest, a 53-50 victory against North Mesquite on the 14th.
