Softball Recap: Waldorf Wolverines vs. Luther Cougars
Waldorf won the last time they faced Luther, and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Waldorf Wolverines put the hurt on the Luther Cougars with a sharp 16-4 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Waldorf.
For Luther's part, Haliey Melio put in work while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off one hit. Melio was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.
