Soccer Game Preview: West Covina vs. Wilson

The West Covina Bulldogs will head out to square off against the Wilson Wildcats at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. West Covina's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

West Covina is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Covina on Tuesday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Wilson had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They won by a goal and slipped past Rowland 2-1.

West Covina's draw gives them a new season record of 7-11-1. As for Wilson, their victory bumped their record up to 8-11.

West Covina suffered a grim 5-2 defeat to Wilson in their previous matchup two weeks ago. Can West Covina avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
