Basketball Game Preview: Horseheads Blue Raiders vs. Ithaca Little Red

The Horseheads Blue Raiders will challenge the Ithaca Little Red at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 14 consecutive losses dating back to last season for Horseheads and three for Ithaca.

Last Saturday, Horseheads ended up a good deal behind Union-Endicott and lost 68-49.

Meanwhile, Ithaca lost 78-54 to Elmira on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, the Little Red can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 500th, while the Express are ranked 50th).

Horseheads' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Ithaca, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.
