Tippecanoe is a perfect 10-0 against Xenia since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Red Devils will square off against the Buccaneers at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Tuesday, Tippecanoe was able to grind out a solid win over Troy, taking the game 57-44. Given the Red Devils' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 131st, while the Trojans are ranked 404th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Xenia entered their tilt with Sidney on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 68-60 victory over the Yellowjackets. The game was the first time the Buccaneers have beaten the Yellowjackets on their court since January 27, 2023.

Tippecanoe's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Xenia, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Everything went Tippecanoe's way against Xenia in their previous meeting back in January of 2025, as Tippecanoe made off with a 67-46 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Devils since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
