If Manchester was riding high fresh off their 71-35 takedown of Fairless last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Manchester Panthers fell just short of the Canton South Wildcats by a score of 41-39 on Friday. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Manchester's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-6. As for Canton South, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-8 record this season.
