Basketball Game Preview: Harper Longhorns vs. San Saba Armadillos

Harper is 2-8 against San Saba since February of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Harper Longhorns will challenge the San Saba Armadillos at 7:30 p.m. San Saba took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Harper, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Harper didn't have too much trouble with Center Point as they won 54-40. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Longhorns.

Meanwhile, San Saba lost to Junction on the road by a 42-23 margin on Friday.

Harper has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 14-15 record this season. As for San Saba, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-11.

Harper and San Saba were neck-and-neck in their previous meeting back in January, but Harper came up empty-handed after a 45-44 loss. Can Harper avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
