Volleyball Recap: Argo Extends Road Winning Streak to Nine

Argo won the last time they faced Richards and things went their way on Monday too. The Argonauts walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bulldogs. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Argonauts.

Argo not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Richards between 17 and 18 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18.

Argo's offense was headlined by Sebastian Pardol and Christian Zubek, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Alexander Jakowicki and his 18 assists. Pardol was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

Argo's win was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 24-9. As for Richards, their loss dropped their record down to 13-18.

Coming up, Argo will head out to face off against St. Laurence at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Richards, they will square off against Chicago Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
