Basketball Recap: Kaden Moore's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Deer over Kingston

Deer lost against Kingston back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Deer Antlers lost 84-63 to the Kingston Yellowjackets.

Several Antlers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kaden Moore, who posted 22 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dillon Young, who scored 15 points and five rebounds.

Deer's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Kingston, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-10.

Deer has already played their next contest, a 59-54 defeat against Founders Classical Academy on the 30th. As for Kingston, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 65-42 loss against Lead Hill on the 31st.
