Meanwhile, New Diana was able to grind out a solid victory over Harmony on Friday, taking the game 63-53.

New Diana's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 12-12. As for Daingerfield, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 8-3.

Daingerfield strolled past New Diana when the teams last played two weeks ago by a score of 64-50. The rematch might be a little tougher for Daingerfield since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
