            McIntosh was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight  loss. They lost  80-60 to the Clarke County Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, the Demons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings  (they are ranked 380th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 177th).

McIntosh's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Jakari Braggs, who  dropped  a double-double on ten  points and 11  boards. The dominant performance also gave  Braggs a new career-high in  assists (four).  Kyler Dixon was another key player,  going 7 for 15  en route to 14 points and five  rebounds.
 Even though they lost, McIntosh  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 18  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least ten  offensive boards in 13 consecutive  contests.
McIntosh's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Clarke County, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won 11 of their last 12 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record  this season.
 McIntosh will face off against Leroy at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Leroy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.2  points per game  this season. Clarke County has  already played their next  match (against Thomasville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
