Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Allegheny). They put the hurt on the Butler Golden Tornado with a sharp 11-1 win on Saturday. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Golden Tornado, too.

The victory got North Allegheny back to even at 2-2. As for Butler, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6-1.

Looking ahead, North Allegheny will venture away from home to take on Seneca Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Raiders will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Butler, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-4 victory against Mt. Lebanon on the 1st.
