Softball Recap: Valley Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Valley's offense. They lost 16-0 to the Virgin Valley Bulldogs on Monday. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Virgin Valley, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-5.

Coming up, Valley will venture away from home to take on Mojave at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Virgin Valley, they will welcome Pine View at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Virgin Valley's pitchers better be ready for this one: Pine View has averaged an impressive 7.2 runs per game this season.
