Osakis not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 26, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Upsala Cardinals with a sharp 3-0 win. This was payback for the Silverstreaks, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Osakis was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-13, 25-19.

Osakis is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season. As for Upsala, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Osakis will challenge rival Long Prairie-Grey Eagle at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Upsala is set to square off against their familiar foe Browerville/Eagle Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
