It was a good run, but Maxwell unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Quincy Trojans, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-15, 25-9.

Maxwell's defeat dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Quincy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-4-1 record this season.
