Soccer Recap: Hurricane Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Hurricane, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They never let the Herbert Hoover Huskies get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Thursday. Hurricane's winning goal came courtesy of Peyton Scott.

Hurricane has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4-1 record this season. As for Herbert Hoover, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-3-2.

Coming up, Hurricane will welcome Nitro at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Herbert Hoover, they are taking a road trip to challenge Capital at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
