Football Recap: Key West Conchs vs. Estero Wildcats        
        
		
             It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Key West had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They really took it to the Estero Wildcats for the full four quarters, racking up  a  42-7 win. The result was nothing new for the Conchs, who have now won five matchups by 21  points or more  so far this season.
  Jaden Fox was  his usual excellent self, rushing for 139 yards and four touchdowns. His rushing production has been exceptional  as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 101  rushing yards. Key West also got a significant boost from  Walson Morin, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 89 yards.
 Key West was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 289  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 176  rushing yards in 21 consecutive  contests  dating back to last season.
 Key West didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of  Leandro Batista and  Morin.
 Key West is  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last eight games,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record  this season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 31.8 points per game. As for Estero,  the  defeat snapped their winning streak at four games  and leaves them with a 6-5 record.
 Key West will stay at home for another  week and welcome Cypress Lake at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Cypress Lake will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something Key West surely won't give up without a fight. Estero does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
