Soccer Recap: Juan Diego Catholic Starts Season with Win on the Road

Juan Diego Catholic had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Granger Lancers on Tuesday, sneaking past 5-4. It was an even better day for Brylee Newport as she scored three goals for her team.

Coming up, Juan Diego Catholic will take on Union at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Granger, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Salt Lake Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
