After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Greater Johnstown, Bishop McCort was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 63-48 victory over the Bishop Carroll Huskies. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 72-57 back in December of 2024.

Bishop Carroll's loss came despite strong showings from Will Tremel and Jace Casses. Tremel went 5-for-11 on his way to 15 points, while Casses went 6-for-15 en route to 17 points. Joey Phillips was another key player, putting up four points.

Bishop McCort now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Bishop Carroll, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

Bishop McCort wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, an 81-56 defeat against Penn Cambria on the 10th.
