After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Heritage Christian, Whitefield Academy was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They put the hurt on the Cornerstone Family Saints with a sharp 6-3 victory. The result was nothing new for Whitefield Academy, who have now won six matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Whitefield Academy's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Cornerstone Family, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-10-1.

Cornerstone Family has already played their next contest, a 4-1 victory against Shawnee Mission Christian on the 9th. Hopefully Whitefield Academy paid attention to the Saints' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Saints at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
