Volleyball Recap: Notre Dame Academy Takes Down Ranked Assumption

Notre Dame Academy is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Assumption. The Pandas came out on top against the Knights by a score of 2-0.

Teagan Kondik paced Notre Dame Academy's offense, picking up six kills. Kondik got some help from Lizzy Larkins and her 21 assists. Audrey Dyas controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Notre Dame Academy's win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 21-6. As for Assumption, the defeat snapped their winning streak at ten matches and leaves them with a 19-4 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Notre Dame Academy will welcome Ryle at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Assumption, they will challenge Davenport North at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
