Volleyball Recap: Los Angeles CES Finds Playoff Glory Versus Math & Science College Preparatory

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Los Angeles CES walked away with it. They came out on top against the Math & Science College Preparatory Sharks by a score of 3-1 on Monday. This was a revenge game for the Unicorns: when they faced off against the Sharks back in February, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

The win made it two in a row for Los Angeles CES and bumps their season record up to 6-11. As for Math & Science College Preparatory, their loss dropped their record down to 15-8.

Coming up, Los Angeles CES will challenge Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games the Vipers have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Math & Science College Preparatory does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
