Soccer Game Preview: Hillcrest vs. Ramona

The Hillcrest Trojans will face off against the Ramona Rams at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hillcrest's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Tuesday, Hillcrest and JW North finished up their contest with a 2-2 draw.

Bruno Silau and Julian Kolodoczka scored both of Hillcrest's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Ramona was not quite San Gorgonio's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans. The loss was the Rams' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Ramona fell to 2-1-1. With that draw, Hillcrest's record moves to 2-1-3.

Hillcrest might still be hurting after the 4-0 defeat they got from Ramona in their previous meeting back in January. Can Hillcrest avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
