Basketball Recap: Providence Christian Academy Find Success

Providence Christian Academy's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They slipped by the Rabun County Wildcats 46-45. The Storm haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Leading Providence Christian Academy to victory were Ella Truong and Sazy Cantrell. Truong almost dropped a double-double with 20 points and nine boards, while Cantrell posted 13 points and eight rebounds. Truong's afternoon made it nine games in a row in which she has scored at least 16 points. Sophie Perry was another key player, putting up two points and ten rebounds.

Providence Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 16-9. As for Rabun County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 12-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Providence Christian Academy nor Rabun County have any future games scheduled.
