Basketball Game Preview: Everett Alvarez Eagles vs. Alisal Trojans

The Everett Alvarez Eagles are taking a road trip to square off against the Alisal Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Everett Alvarez is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 73-32, which was the final score in Everett Alvarez's tilt against Monterey on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 867th, while the Dores are ranked 248th).

Meanwhile, Alisal came up short against Carmel on Friday and fell 62-52. The defeat continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Padres: they've now lost four in a row.

Alisal's loss dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Everett Alvarez, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-10.
