Basketball Recap: Dexter's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Dexter extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Melody Duran. The Dexter Demons came out on top in a nail-biter against the Cuba Rams on Saturday, sneaking past 34-32 thanks in part to Duran, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 12 boards. Duran is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

Dexter is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-5 record this season. As for Cuba, they moved to 4-6 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Dexter will welcome Jal at 5:30 p.m. on January 7th. As for Cuba, they will venture away from home to square off against Wingate at 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
