Preview: Chelsea Bulldogs vs. Tecumseh Indians
Chelsea is on a eight-game streak of home wins, while Tecumseh is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Chelsea Bulldogs will take on the Tecumseh Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the pair will really light up the scoreboard.
Last Friday, Chelsea earned a 31-21 win over Dexter.
Chelsea's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tyson Hill led the charge by rushing for 193 yards and two touchdowns. Luke Anstead was another key contributor, rushing for 102 yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, Tecumseh can now show off four landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They blew past Glenn 41-13 on the road.
Their wins bumped Chelsea to 8-1 and Tecumseh to 5-4.
Chelsea took their victory against Tecumseh when the teams last played back in September by a conclusive 42-20. Will Chelsea repeat their success, or does Tecumseh have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
