After having lost a blowout in their previous game against South Kortright Central, Charlotte Valley was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Middleburgh Knights, posting a 59-17 victory. The Wildcats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Middleburgh lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Payton Yung, who posted seven points and seven boards.

The win got Charlotte Valley back to even at 2-2. As for Middleburgh, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Charlotte Valley will welcome Harpursville at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Middleburgh, they will head out to face off against Galway at 5:30 p.m. on December 18th.
