Volleyball Recap: Lake Forest Takes a Loss

Lake Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Deerfield Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in April.

Lake Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 5-22. As for Deerfield, with the win, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-14.

Coming up, Lake Forest will head out on the road to take on Evanston at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Deerfield, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Loyola Academy on the 16th.
