Soccer Recap: West Adams Finds Playoff Glory Versus Middle College

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but West Adams had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over the Middle College Cougars. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Panthers' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit Middle College with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Dennis Alfaro, David Antonio, Ramon Castrejon, and Miguel Dominguez.

West Adams' victory bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Middle College, they dropped their record down to 7-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, West Adams will take on San Pedro at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Middle College does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
