The Griffins fell 3-1 to the Louisburg Warriors on Thursday. The Griffins have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-19, 24-26, 25-15, 25-12.

Oxford Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Louisburg, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Oxford Prep has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Eno River Academy on the 22nd. As for Louisburg, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Southern Nash at 5:00 p.m.
