The Southwest Patriots will square off against the Episcopal School of Jacksonville Eagles at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Southwest will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 111th in Georgia, while Episcopal School of Jacksonville is ranked 17th in Florida).
Last Friday, Southwest got the win against Howard by a conclusive 70-45. The win made it back-to-back wins for Southwest.
Daniel Bennett was the offensive standout of the match as he scored 18 points. Brandon Ashley was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Meanwhile, Episcopal School of Jacksonville put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They secured a 52-46 W over Johnson.
Southwest's win bumped their season record to 3-2 while Howard's loss dropped theirs to 4-3.
