Meanwhile, Northside kept a clean sheet against Fleming on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Colonels with a sharp 3-0 win.

Having lost for the first time this season, Franklin County fell to 10-1-1. As for Northside, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-9-1.

Franklin County took their win against Northside in their previous meeting last Tuesday by a conclusive 7-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
