Volleyball Recap: Valley Oaks CES Wins Going Away Against Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Community Charter, Valley Oaks CES was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology Griffins 3-0.

While Valley Oaks CES might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-18, 25-21.

Valley Oaks CES now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Valley Oaks CES will venture away from home to face off against Lakeview Charter at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology, they will head out to take on Magnolia Science Academy Reseda at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
