After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Stanley County, Chamberlain was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They strolled past the Mt. Vernon/Plankinton Titans with points to spare, taking the game 54-38. The Cubs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Titans, too.

Chamberlain's victory bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Mt. Vernon/Plankinton, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

Looking ahead, Chamberlain will welcome Crow Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chamberlain is facing Crow Creek at the right time seeing as Crow Creek is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Mt. Vernon/Plankinton, they will challenge Miller at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
