Volleyball Recap: Piper Hawryluk's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Skyline over Issaquah

Skyline lost against Issaquah back in November of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Spartans fell 2-0 to the Eagles.

Skyline's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Piper Hawryluk, who had six digs and one block.

Skyline now has a losing record of 1-2-3. As for Issaquah, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Skyline wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Olympia on the 13th. As for Issaquah, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Camas on the 13th.
