Glencoe has gone 9-1 against Liberty recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Crimson Tide will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falcons at 5:00 p.m. Glencoe's pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so Liberty's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Glencoe is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Oregon's top teams: Sherwood, who was ranked third at the time (Glencoe was ranked 16th). The Crimson Tide took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bowmen on Friday. The Crimson Tide's loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Liberty was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 28-2 to McMinnville.

Rylee Mathews was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Glencoe, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 12-5.

Glencoe took their win against Liberty in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 17-4 score. Do the Crimson Tide have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Falcons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
