Basketball Game Preview: South County Vipers vs. Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia Trojans

South County is 2-7 against Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia since February of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The South County Vipers will square off against the Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia Trojans at 7:00 p.m. South County will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Last Tuesday, South County was able to grind out a solid victory over Lutheran, taking the game 58-51.

Meanwhile, Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia came up short against Griggsville-Perry on Tuesday and fell 40-33.

Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 15-14 record this season. As for South County, their win bumped their record up to 17-13.

South County skirted past Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia 59-56 in their previous matchup back in January. Will South County repeat their success, or does Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
